So far this week we have been doing lots of exciting reading. We can choose which class we would like to hear a story in each afternoon.
Today, Adam and his friend from Rotherham United came into our assembly. Adam told us that when he was young he always wanted to be a footballer, but still had to learn to read, as it is an important part of being a footballer. As a young boy, Adam liked Thomas the Tank Engine books. Now he is grown up he likes to read about football managers and coaches. We talked about our favourite books in assembly as well.
