Our School Day
Foundation Stage 1 sessions are as follows:
8.30am – 11.30am
or
12.15pm – 3.15pm
30 Hours: 8.30am – 2.30 pm
For Foundation 2, Year 1 and Year 2 children, the school day starts at 8.30am and finishes at 3:00pm.
Registration is from 8.30 to 8.40am.
Morning playtimes
Children in Foundation Stage do not have a set morning playtime as they have continual access to outdoor provision throughout the day.
Children in Year 1 and Year 2 have a morning break from 9:45-10:00am.
Lunch
Children in Foundation Stage 2 have lunch at 11.30am and their lunchtime break ends at 12.30pm.
Children in Year 1 and year 2 have lunch at 12.00pm and their lunchtime break ends at 1:00pm.
Collection
At the end of the day, we ask parents and carers to wait outside the cloakroom doors and staff will ensure the children are handed over safely. If anyone other than a parent or carer is collecting a child, we ask that the class teacher is notified and the name of the person is recorded on an authorisation sheet in the classroom.
