Sloop the Seagull
Year 2 had an exciting visit from an author called Ruth Cooper. She shared her wonderful story called ‘Sloop the Seagull’ with the children and explained how her ideas developed from visits to the seaside. The children asked Ruth lots of questions about what it is like to be a real author! Now the children in Year 2 have lots of ideas for writing their own stories.
Reminder
